What should've happened: Business Continuity Plan (Pandemic)

It should have been reviewed yearly, at a minimum

Hard copies should have been kept in various locations easily accessible to staff

  • Few staff are aware that such a plan existed, much less that they should have had access to it

An up-to-date copy of the plan should have been available on the website

The GNWT should've been far better prepared for Covid-19

The GNWT was better prepared for a Pandemic in 2010 than they were in 2020
